2	Get a copy of "E 134/30Chas2/Mich11 - Case Re: Plumers close" from PRO, regarding the ealry mining activities of the Vaggs in Stratton-on-the-fosse.
3	Get a copy of "C 142/41/21 1525 inq p.m. John Hawker" from PRO, may give clues to how the Hawker family came to hold Chilthorne Vagg.

6	Search Berkeley Castle Muniments for copy of "BCM/A/2/24/40 - 1263 deed witnessed by John Fage" and "BCM/A/3/14/1&2 1343/4 accounts of Norton Veel manor".
7	Get a copy of "SRO - Butleigh Court Papers - DD/S/BT 21/5/11/2" account of the site of the old mansion house in Chilthorne Vagg, 1795.
